aboard for a postgraduate or not??

hi,

im now facing a problem and wondering should i go for a master course after my degree?
most of the people ask me not to study the master program and just come back for work after graduate from degree course.
im taking engineering course, so do i really need the master post?? or experience is more important??

Im a degree holder and I regretted for not pursuing my masters 10 years back. I dont have the time to continue now.

Masters is like diamond and degree is like gold.

In fact, if you can afford it, please take it.
